Order & Pre-Order Info

At Chronomods, we offer two types of orders to suit your needs: Pre-Orders and Normal Orders.

Pre-Orders:

• Placing a pre-order means your watch is custom-built using individually sourced premium Seiko parts.
• Waiting Time: Approximately 3-4 weeks for parts to arrive, followed by assembly which takes 1-2 days.
• Once assembled, shipping takes 2–7 days, depending on your location.
• The longer wait is due to the meticulous planning and sourcing from our trusted suppliers. Rest assured, the assembly process itself is completed within half a day to ensure quality.

Normal Orders:

• A normal order is for a watch selected from our finished stock, ready to ship.
• Shipping Time: 2–7 days, depending on your location.

Shipping Updates:
Once your watch is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS from your local delivery service (in Sweden, this will be PostNord) with tracking information to keep you updated.

Materials

Cases and Bracelets:

• Majority made from 904L stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance and shine.
• Rubber strap watches feature bracelets made of high-quality rubber for comfort and flexibility.

Dials and Hands:

• Constructed entirely from stainless steel—no plastic components are used in our watches.

Movements:

• GMT Watches: Seiko NH34 automatic movement.
• Date Function Watches: Seiko NH35 automatic movement.
• Open Heart Watches: Seiko NH38 automatic movement.
• Skeleton Watches: Seiko NH70, NH71, NH72 automatic movements.
• Chronograph Watches: Mecha Quartz VK63 movement for precision timing.

Crystal and Case Backs:

• Crafted from durable sapphire glass, providing exceptional scratch resistance.

Water Resistance:

• All watches are water-resistant up to 3ATM, suitable for everyday wear but not recommended for swimming or diving.

How It Works:

• Modify an Existing Watch: If you’ve found a watch you like but want to tweak a few details, let us know! Simply refer to the watch in a direct message on Instagram or include your modification requests in the message bar at checkout.
• Build a Watch from Scratch: For a fully personalized creation, contact us on Instagram to discuss your design ideas and place a custom order.

Warranty

At ChronoMods, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship. That's why we offer a free one-year warranty on all watches manufactured in our workshop.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Technical issues related to the movement or assembly.
• Operating problems arising under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect.
• Water damage or exposure beyond the watch’s designated water resistance rating.
• Scratches, cosmetic wear, or general damage resulting from regular use.
